At the Dock ‘n Roll Diner in Austin, Texas, two best buddies are whippin’ up handheld seafood classics with a southern flair. Monster Maine Lobster Rolls and Stacked Shrimp Po’ Boys with Habanero Remoulade sauce are two top tasty options. Next, anything goes at the Carte Blanche trailer in Portland, Oregon; try their Coconut Shrimp with an Apricot Bourbon Sauce or a Fried Banana Shrimp Sandwich with Peach Coleslaw. Then, we’re in Louisville, Kentucky at The Grind Truck for gourmet melted Brie and Bacon Burgers or Spanish Burgers with Tapas Toppings.
