In Miami, Florida we get a healthy dose of deliciousness at the Health Nut on Wheels truck where best sellers include a maple-dijon salmon filet on a bed of mixed greens. Next we hit the streets of Edmonton, Alberta for gourmet sandwiches at the Drift truck such as a Vietnamese pork belly with pickled carrots and daikon radish and a Caribbean jerk chicken with charred pineapple and lime coleslaw. Then we visit the Fogcutter truck in San Francisco, California for brunch done right - featuring a French toast sandwich with fried egg, peanut butter sauce and maple bacon.
