The first course is an inviting fish soup in the idyllic fishing village of Marsaxlokk and the second is rabbit stew at Sister Maria's in an old monastery in Mdina, where prayers are offered every day for the Italian football club "Inter". The day ends with an international classic that tastes nothing less than heavenly: "Steak Diane".
