Meanwhile, Sportacus gets energetic as he introduces his latest exercise of the day, the power jump. Mayor Meanswell and Bessie Busybody present the latest headlines in LazyTown news. Stephanie and her friends are on the move again as they show their dance moves. Stingy is afraid that he doesn't know the right moves for the dance party, so the Mayor teaches him the Stingy Wiggle. Pixel challenges Sportacus to do a somersault with a double spin.
