HOI promises reluctantly and he gambles in the gambling stall. He discloses that the owner of the stall is a trickster. He gets KIN's money back and is welcome by other villagers. HAU is angry. KIN gets married and he makes jokes on the relationship between HAU and HOI. The relationship between them gets a further step of development. TAI LONG of Tin Lung Sect come to avenge his brother's death and get the name list of Japanese spies. He kidnaps HAU and HOI is shocked. He regains his memory. HAU pushes HOI away. Thinking that HAU has died, HOI jumps down the cliff. YIU bribes CHAN, who is the commissioner sent by the central government. YIU’s dirty tricks are disclosed by CHAN. YIU blames LIK and shirks the accusation to him.
