Colin McAllister and Justin Ryan overhaul and reopen a hotel on the Atlantic coast of Canada. Their first project is to design and transform one of the guest suites. They also start work on the separate restaurant building, which is a corrugated shed that they plan to transform with floor-to-ceiling windows. But they face huge problems getting supplies, and as winter closes in, a storm floods the hotel.
